How We Protect Your Data

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access is restricted to authorized team members on a need-to-know basis.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor — card data never touches our servers.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. You can also delete your account directly from the My Account screen in the app. We keep records only as long as needed for the project and to meet legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

SnapRate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
